Residential Football Camp

Ronik Sports School’s residential football camp is designed to provide an immersive, football-focused experience for athletes aged 10 to 23. This camp offers a structured day filled with intensive training sessions, video analysis, and personal development activities to help players reach their full potential on the field.
The program integrates both technical and tactical football drills, alongside mental and physical conditioning, ensuring a well-rounded approach to player development. Accommodation and feeding is provided to all participants, allowing them to stay fully engaged throughout the program.

Daily Timetable:
- 6:00 AM – 7:00 AM: Morning fitness and conditioning (warm-up, strength, agility drills)
- 7:00 AM – 7:30 AM: Breakfast
- 8:00 AM – 10:00 AM: Morning football training session (team tactics, ball control, passing drills)
- 10:00 AM – 11:00 AM: Video analysis (game reviews, individual performance analysis)
- 11:00 AM – 12:00 PM: Positional drills and tactical training (defense, midfield, attack)
- 12:00 PM – 1:00 PM: Lunch break
- 1:00 PM – 2:00 PM: Rest and recovery (includes stretching and hydration sessions)
- 2:00 PM – 4:00 PM: Afternoon football training session (scrimmages, match simulations)
- 4:00 PM – 5:00 PM: Life skills and mental resilience workshops (leadership, teamwork, mindset)
- 5:00 PM – 6:00 PM: Dinner
- 6:00 PM – 7:30 PM: Evening tactical review and feedback session (strategy discussion, positional feedback)
- 7:30 PM – 8:30 PM: Evening football activities (small-sided games, penalty practice)
- 8:30 PM – 9:30 PM: Recreation and relaxation (social activities, light games)
- 9:30 PM – 10:00 PM: Lights out preparation
