Ronik Sports School is a total sports development academy which focus on developing young athletes and footballers from ages 4 – 23 years old in various sports disciplines through well-structured curriculum and specialized trainings from expert coaches across different sports profession.

Focus Sports

Football and Development levels

  • Introduction (4 – 7years old): Under this level, the objective is basic skill development,introduction to rules and team play.

  • Foundation (8 – 11years old): Under this level, the objective is further skill refinement, tactical understanding and competitive play.

  • Advanced (12 – 14years old): The focus is high-level training, focus on individual and team development often associated with professional clubs’ youth academies.

  • Performance (15 – 17years old): The focus is to prepare players for professional careers, intense training and competitions.

Basketball and Development levels

  • Introduction (4 – 7years old): Under this level the objective is to introduce basic skills like dribbling, shooting, and passing.

  • Foundation (8 – 11years old): Under this level the objective is further skill development, understanding of team play and basic strategy.

  • Advanced (12 – 14years old): The focus is on advanced techniques, tactics, and competitive game-play.

  • Performance (15 – 17years old): The focus is to prepare players for high-level competition, possibly college or professional careers in sports.

Swimming and Development levels

  • Active start (4 – 7years old): The focus is on water acclimation, basic stroke introduction (e.g.freestyle, backstroke)and water safety.

  • Foundation (8 – 11years old): The focus is on skill development across all strokes,competition introduction, and improvement of endurance.

  • Advanced (12 – 15years old): The focus is on intense training, stroke refinement, race strategy and preparation for higher-level competitions.

Tennis and Development levels

  • Active Start (5 – 10years old): Introduction to basic strokes, footwork, and rules of the game.

  • Foundation (8 – 12years old): The focus is on technique development, match play, and basic strategy.

  • Advanced (13 – 17years old): The focus is on intense training, advanced tactics, physical conditioning and preparation for competitive play at higher levels.
